Shoulda made the rear fender a hugger and kept the swingarm about 5" shorter

Is the air rod that big silver cylinder behind the shock?  If not, WTF is that?  If it were a Harley or sumptin', I'd guess it was the oil tank.

That also looks like a standard head tube angle?
