Title: 1st Generation Owners Manuals
Post by: bluesman77 on February 24, 2009, 10:20:51 AM
I  need an Owners Maual for my '97 M750. For the 1st genration 750's thru '99, was their manual specific to them or a general Monster manual covering all the dispplacements?

Are you talking about the owner's manual or the service manual?  For the latter, you're pretty much talkin' about the generic Haynes manual.
BTW, your '97 750 is gonna be different than '98-'01.  For starters, it has an internal clutch slave.  And the penis belt covers, of course.

I have a Haynes Service Manual, but thought it would be nice to have an Owners Manual and wondered if all models used the same manual in '97 specifically, but thought I'd go for the '98-'99 in a pinch. Thanks for responding.

I scanned in my 1997 M900 owners manual, plus the four M750 addendum pages and put the whole thing in an 8.3 megabyte PDF file.  I'll be happy to e-mail it to anybody who wants it.

However, to get it, you need to e-mail me first so that I can reply to your e-mail and include the manual.

Don't post something here.
Don't send me a PM about it.

Send me e-mail and I'll be happy to forward the file to you.
