Title: Have to Give Credit to Eximports
Post by: Drjones on May 14, 2008, 11:51:28 AM
They got my replacement filter screen port/thermsistor parts in early and assembled it for free.  Thank ya Juan Carlos.

Now just repeat the following phrase 100 times: Put the socket on the large nut; not the small one. Put the socket on the large nut; not the small one. . . . .

I just got off of the phone with the service dept and it's gonna be a week before I get my ride back, this is in addition to the 2 weeks that it has been there. I'm glad you got good news cause mine sucked. [drink]

Throws a socket at Joe.  Git yer mind out of the gutter son!!  [cheeky]  Oh and it is Allan.  Throws a nut at Joe.

Notice that I just bought new parts from them and left my bike in the garage.  I'm perfectly capable of screwing up my bike for free and don't need to pay shop rates for someone else to do it for me.  [moto]

It's kinda hit-or-a-miss over there at Eximports.  I think the overall quality and service are getting better.

I was there a couple years ago when the Ducati Truck was there and I think I meet someone from the board here that I didn't actually know it was him... (who was that again?)

Personally from my experience and who I get to deal with... that place is a disappointment and dont care for them to much... on the other hand I do know ya'll dont have a wide variety of chooses down there as well...

Mine is a warranty deal(thanks impulse buy) Everytime I've spent money there, the service has been great.
