I replaced the oil cooler lines on my '06 s2r1000 with a set of hypermotard lines I got from eBay. They fit perfectly... so, at least the fittings are the same.

The cooler and lines will work, but an 800 motor has a different valve access cover to mount to than a Motard1100 does. Other than that, should work just fine.
