So it looks like my small start-up is ready for its complete website launch and of course I want to give first dibs on the contract to a DMF'r.

The full site will need client logins, reservation booking, forums and full e-commerce capabilities + best efforts to maximize synergies with our customer databases and financial management systems (software engineers will like this part) but most of the actual design elements are already in place (look, layout, graphics, etc). If anyone is interested in the job, shoot me a PM and I'll send you over a site layout to get a $ estimate and gauge interest in the project.
It's a fairly small job for now and I can't afford to pay much (start-up funding crunch these days) but we will have a LOT of growing clients that we can point in your direction as the business grows. This is a first for the Houston market, so we are hoping/expecting a fair amount of press upon opening as well.
