We have seen this Desmo/Harley engine before, but now it appears to be in a chassis. I like the tank, rear fender and the stout front end. Seems like it is not quite finished. It needs a seat, controls, and a headlight at the very least.

They used the same primary drive I did on mine. Sorta puzzled why they went with points ignition though.....
