ZILCH.
I need to get busy......
Over the winter, I
1) swapped the OEM clutch-side case cover for one from a testastretta motor,
2) had the case covers powdercoated (Carolina Custom Powdercoating),
3) bolted on a custom-painted (Ducpainter/Frosty's Finishes) CF fairing (Monsterparts),
4) fixed a shifting problem,
5) added new brake + clutch lines (Spiegler),
6) re-routed the front brake line (line to right caliper and a crossover to left caliper),
7) swapped in new Rizoma fluid reservoirs,
8 ) lowered the gauges/headlight,
9) modded/polished the shifter clamp,
10) polished/painted the stock crank inspection cover
11) applied a few custom vinyl decals (Tapeworks) [roll] ;D
13) painted rear caliper bracket
14) re-routed some wiring
15) applied rim-stripes (Tapeworks)
16) swapped in wave rotors
17) added some water hose bling.
I have a brake light assembly ordered that should be here in a week or two. NEVER place a special order with Cycle Gear! >:(

Thats funny pompetta I just looked at your info and my mother lives up there in Raleigh as well.
Nope, I'm not messin this bike up - I'm leaving it stock.
I think I will go for some suspension work though, Titanium and a new bushing for my left hip. I haven't ridden in four weeks, the longest off in over 30 years. Till I get this fixed I may not be a biker. Can't get on the damn bike. :'( [bang] :'(
Pompetta, your bike is looking way good. [thumbsup]

Too busy to day to take pics. (was riding) After I give her a bath tomorrow I will post some new pics.
All I had to do this winter was the valves on the S4r and valves on the GasGas.
Procrastination: 1. Tuneups: 0.
On the other hand, buying a house in nov left no shortage of things to do, including constant scrounging for heat - takes a lot of time.

The new ride is incredible. Still have not really opened her up yet b/c the wife was on back all day and she will shit if I go past 1/4 throttle. (she thought that was fast too lol)
Now it might be the cooler weather (under 80 C) but the low rpms are a bit rough and after 10 minutes of warm-up at idle and 5 miles of riding I was sitting at a light and when I put it in 1st it stalled (clutch fully depressed). Then it did it 2 more times to me at other lights. Temp gauge never got above 175 so I know it was not fully warm but it just felt like maybe it needs some tweaking to the PC3 or a good dealership once over on the idle settings.
Some parts are here, some I'm still waiting on.
Have:
Forks
wheels
master cylinders
clipons
taillights
frame sliders
Waiting on:
BoomTubes
brake rotors
brake calipers
gauges
paint
clutch cover
Waiting on the BoomTubes to show up before I start the rest of it. They should be here in a couple of weeks.
Target completion date is the 23rd of April. Hoping to have it all done 1 year after I bought it.

beautiful paint!
Removed airbox, added pods, cleaned up wiring, new clutch slave and reservoir, screen stabilizer, replaced belts, checked valves, removed idle stepper motor, relocated coolant overflow tank, hmmm it seems like I did some other stuff. I just finished the reservoirs a few days ago.

removed idle stepper? why? did you add in a fast idle lever?
Ha Ha. Yes, I did. I knew there was some other stuff I'd done. I don't really need it (the 996 idle button). The bike starts right up and idles fine without the stepper or the fast idle button. I didn't even have to adjust the factory idle stops - just balanced the TBs, backed out the idle bypass screws 2.5 turns and leaned out the mixture some. No check engine light either - at least with the dp ecu. I wanted a cleaner look through the cylinders so the stepper motor and most of the bracket had to go - along with the airbox and coolant tank.

Screw the gauges, let's see pics from the sides!!!!
I've been a bit of a slacker this winter :-[
Monster:
1. install front ABM wave rotors - done
2. install carbon rear brake support - not started yet
3. finish Thruxton fairing install - 1/2 done
4. trouble-shoot why the damn thing doesn't always start when it's supposted to - ongoing
ST3:
1. front peg lowering plates - done
2. Oxford heated grips - done
3. Sargent sport skinz seat cover conversion - not started yet
Work has a way of interfering with mod season.
:(
As promised.

I know I am a horrible photographer but you get the idea.
The never-ending hardtail project is slowly but surely coming together. :)
But I digress, as it's not a Duck..... ;)

Here is the area where I removed a lot of stuff. I posted the full pic in the 'official bikes of the DMF' thread.

Sun was shining today and most of the roads were clean so I took my Duc for a ride after a long break. No mods for now, first winter, but happy to ride it stock today ;)
