Title: Red and white S4R spotted in Spartanburg, SC
Post by: needtorque on March 10, 2009, 11:59:53 AM
I was at Mary Black hospital in Spartanburg for clinicals today and saw it parked there.  Belong to anyone here?  I left him/her a note with this web address on it just to see if they pop up.

There's a local MROC (Monster Riders of the Carolinas) section. Might want to put this in there instead.

I put it here b/c if the owner has never been here before he/she is more likely to see the post here then in a club forum.  I left him my forum sig too so he/she might see this post and the name.

Glad to see someone remembers me from the "other" site.

Ya I have 3 of the old MROC T-shirts from before.  Joined the "other site" in 2002 when I got the first monster.  Very few members then.  Then it got big and later ruined.  Now reborn.

I was born there almost 24 years ago if that matters.

From your first post it seemed like you thought he was unaware of the M-ROC section's existence.

I didn't mean anything by it.

Hmmm......white with red stripes, red frame, white wheels? Sitting at the hospital?....

If that is the case, it may belong to Charles. He's a local cardiologist and hangs out at the store on Hwy 178/Hwy 11 on occasion. He also has an older yellow 748 that rarely sees the light of day  [laugh] . Prior to the Monster, he mainly was seen on a blue/white 2001 R1....traded a BMW for the Monster. My wife and I have ridden with him a few times. He's a really cool guy....if that happened to be his bike.
