Huh? How do those statements even go together?
the traffic coming in today was almost as light as it would be on a weekend morning. i let off the throttle when i realized i was bumping 100mph :-[
it was great! ;D
Nothing bad happened to me. I'd be a shoe-in for a horror flick for right between 45-60 minutes into my empty run on the bus.
1. Get on bus alone while it's still dark
2. Get on the interstate and drive to the most remote exit ramp I've ever seen (ramp ends at a gravel road on one side)
3. Cross a long bridge
4. Drive an unmarked 1-lane paved road until one of the brick monolith power plants looms suddenly around the bend
5. Cross another bridge
6. Head up a narrower paved road
7. Pavement ends, gravel bends
8. Drive until you pass the last house on the road
9. Turn bus around in the woods

What's a "bus"? Is that a phantom term like "rear brake"?

Um, it's 38 feet long, 8 feet wide, 9 feet tall and has seating for 68 passnegers & 1 driver and bright yellow-orange.

Hell, I'm just glad we didn't take any fire today. Hopefully tomorrow will be uneventful as well...

Bright yellow-orange? Isn't that a school bus :P
...Ya, I take the bus to work too (city bus, not school bus). I actually have to take a bus and two trains >:(
I worked a semi-busy rush of arrivals at CLT this am, running about 5.5-6.0 miles in trail (5 miles seperation required). [coffee]

Cigarette but thing outside my work caught fire at 9am, at 10am the fire alarm went off and a fire truck was called out (unrelated to the butt tray being on fire)

I was sitting at a light on my bike tonight when a speeding pickup truck hit the curb in front of me and literally launched over my head before rolling half a dozen times. :o

Tell me about it... I ran up to the truck as soon as I could and there was an unconscious woman with her head hanging out of the broken window and a hysterical guy (face covered in blood) screaming at me: "I'm gonna die, bro! LOOK AT ME!"
And apparently the only car he hit while running the red was being driven by a guy my fiancée went to k-12 with. I had been riding over to see her...
I definitely had a screwed up 13th.
Everything that I could f up I did f up. [bang]
