It's the magic of the widget. so the can is even better than the bottle. Oh Guiness, so magical and awesome [bow_down]
Props to Young's Chocolate Stout as a close second or 1st when you want beer for dessert.
There's a widget in the bottle too...
the kind that ends up in my belly
Keystone Light
It has the specially lined can [thumbsup]
I really dont' like Guinness outta the can. I mean, it's better than no Guinness, but it's just not he same.
I actually saw Dales Pale Ale at the store. never seen it before, but it's pretty good?
I was shocked that micro's are using cans since it's a more expensive line to startup vs bottling.
I also got a 4 pack of Breakfast Stout. Delish. I went to the store for a 6 pack for a 6 pack of somethin different, and ended up spending $56 [drink]
4 pack of Breakfast Stout $12, 4 pack of Ten Fidy $12. 1 Bottle of Baltika 9 51oz (like 8%!) $3.50. 30box Busch Light, and a 6 pack of The Poet. That was NOT a fiscally responsible trip to the store! [beer]
only if the can is in the shape/volume of a pony...
Boddingtons. (also has a magical widget in the can)
But yes, all the Oskar Blues products [thumbsup]

uh huh
I like steel reserve for canned beer. Cans are really only good for fishing trips or getting drunk at extended family bbq's that I'd rather not be at.
I think I need to get up and get a beer!
kegs are just really big aluminum cans.

Sapporro (sp?), best beer in a can.

Beamish Ale [thumbsup]
I've also got a mini-keg of Warsteiner in the fridge. Drank most of it Saturday night while watching a goofy 80's movie. Good beer, but probably won't to the mini-keg thing since it needs to be drank within a day or two. Guess I'll have to finish it off today or tomorrow.

+1 on Sapporo. Not because of the beer though, more because of the can. You could actually knock someone out with the empty can. Can your beer do that?
best ever: (can't find the can image online)

probably tastes like bull shit
The store I purchased the Ten Fidy at has the best micro and import selection in town. He's gotten a lot of stuff that I hadn't heard of or thought I'd never get to try. Unfortunately this means I spend way too much money there on the rare occasions I get there.

It's not bad. I enjoy a few from time to time especially with a sub sandwich. don't know why, just a good combo.
but your right about the can strenght, leave it to japan to build a can stronger then a car ;D
best beer in a can..
Youngs double chocolate stout is about the best I've ever had.

It certainly is high in alcohol content, strong tasting, and cheap as dirt.
So yes, it is very popular in my neighborhood.
A couple friends and I bought a 4 pack of Steel Reserve at one point to try it. 4 16oz cans and it was .99!
and yeah, it tasted like ass water.
interestingly enough, and disturbing, is it won some category at GABF last year. wtf

"Would you like your beer served in the can?"
"No I'll drink it right here, thanks."
