http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=10899.0 (http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=10899.0) And here's one of the one I did. I posted them on ToB back in the day. Took me 2 weeks at about 2-3 hours a day if I remember correctly. Read the tips section on the yamaha site. It'll help a lot. I highly recommend using the heavier weight paper but don't forget to adjust your printer settings for the thicker paper (matte paper type setting on a lot of printers) but even then it can screw up the feeder rollers on your printer so that it doesn't feed in normal weight paper properly. [roll] My tool set included a nail file, a new breakable blade razor (I went through at least 5 blade segments on the motorcycle I made), a box of toothpics, a small metal ruler as a straight edge. The nail file was my fold marker. When you're using the heavier weight paper you really need it. Note that your fold marker should not have a really sharp edge because that will, at worst, shred your paper or at least rub off the ink and leave white marks depending on which side you're marking for the fold. Here's a link for some more papercraft stuff. http://cp.c-ij.com/en/contents/1006/ (http://cp.c-ij.com/en/contents/1006/) There's lots of nice easy stuff to get you started. Oh, I also did a robot from FM4. That one was cool. [evil] (https://lh5.ggpht.com/_AxqgHtRwAUE/Sa2F-VbG4ZI/AAAAAAAAAYU/GInNAkd5feA/s640/DSC00724.jpg) (not the one I made but it's similar) YZR-M1 (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/DSC00030.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010009.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010010-1.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010012-1.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010001.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010003.jpg) (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/P1010004.jpg) Can't find a pic of my finished product. I brought it to work while I was doing an internship and forgot to bring a box to bring it home in on the last day so I gave it to a co-worker. [roll] Haha, looking back on it my desk was pretty messy... [laugh] Dammit... Now that I've been digging around in my old paper craft stuff you got me wanting to get back to it again. >:( That shit really screwed up my wrist and elbow. Oh yeah.... I just found this (again). I never got around to making it. Someone make it and post pics. :P (http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/Cutout_Ducati_1.jpg)(http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e70/erkishhorde/Cutout_Ducati_2.jpg) Title: Re: Build a paper powered motorcycle Post by: Goat_Herder on March 18, 2009, 08:21:12 PM WANT A PAPER DUCATI MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!
Title: Re: Build a paper powered motorcycle Post by: erkishhorde on March 18, 2009, 09:44:20 PM WANT A PAPER DUCATI MONSTER!!!!!!!!!! No, you don't. The tubes for the frame would either take too long to make 3D or look crappy in 2D. Title: Re: Build a paper powered motorcycle Post by: fasterblkduc on March 19, 2009, 07:36:13 AM Sweet! I'm going to build the tard [beer]

[thumbsup] The cat and Notre Dame aren't ones I did but they look almost exactly the same. The cat looks exactly the same but there Notre Dame one had some errors in the printouts so a couple of the buttresses don't have a graphic on one side. ??? Odd, but it turned out well. I've got a couple more that I started and never finished, one of which didn't have assembly instructions so I've been winging it. I finally decided to give in a dig out my cardstock again. I even found an un-cashed graduation check. [bang]
