Ducati Monster Forum

So Matty has come through with the goods, and we have bulk quantity of cards.
These are an interim solution until we finalise the artwork etc etc...

For those who are wondering what I am talking about, we have an OzMonster business card printed, which we leave on the tank or seat of monsters parked around, or hand to unsuspecting riders of monsters whist they are waiting at traffic lights and so forth.

It's all about spreading the word about our little community.
So anyone want cards, see either myself or mattyvas. For those interstate, PM either of us and we'll post some around the country.

There are two monster (one yellow and one black) that ride past my office every morning. I hear them coming and look out the window. If I find where they park, I'll card 'em.  [evil]

I was talking to Spider on another thread "show us your ride" because I have the old DML stickers on the bikes, do you think maybe in the future, if we all put in some bucks that we could perhaps have some stickers made up for "Oz Monsters" or DMF ? Just asking?

Last month I was sitting out the front of Irish Murphy's along Salamanca there enjoying a Moo Brew, when a Titanium S4R just like mine tootled (actually more like rumbled and farted) past. Pretty sure it had tassie plates. Do you know it?

There are a few plans for some OzMonster Merch, shirts, hats, stickers and some other goodies.
A very good friend of Goldfish is working on a specific OzMonster logo which will be the base of a Merch range.

I think its a member of the Italian MC club. We have about 170 members so hard to keep track of who has what bike.

Got to get me some of those cards.  I think the local butcher rides a monster so he'll be the first recipient.

See a lot of Monsters go through here on the weekends too.

the distribution rules are as follows: there are no distribution rules - card as many monsters as you can.  [moto]

re. selling it, I am not really fussed, if someone offered the right amount I would consider it, but I am quite happy with it at present. Its not doing many kms though, I got an obsession with riding my new pushie everywhere now :)

Tried carding a guy on a white 696 the other day going down towards the airport, couldn't catch him,the F2fidy just don't lane split that well  :-\

Have only seen Steph on her white one.

motorbikes are about the only thing that moves through traffic quicker than me....that's probably what got me into this silly sport!

yeah, they we're done in a hurry for the monster beach party. We'll have something more fitting when we get the logo sorted.

It's because the opacity of the image was dropped to be a background.
Nothing wrong with a "pink" Monster is there?
Hopefully we'll have a logo soon for not only cards but a Merch run also.

yeah I've got some initial thoughts from my designer - not ready to present them yet, she missed the design intent a little (not her fault, more like I should have excluded some logos from the inspiration / briefing)

I had no cards, left them at home. I will have to keep some in my wallet.
