Interesting concept, but there's no way I would want to ride through London with a passenger.

I found the best way to travel was public transport and/or on foot.

Q. Have you ever taken Sir Richard Branson?
A. All the time and yes he is very nice. …. but we would say that…

That would never work in the states.  Too many lawsuit happy people and the insurance costs would be insane.

That is actually one thing I will really miss.... Sushi delivery and the mass abundance of good edible cheap food stuff.

Took a moto taxi in Montero Bolivia, US $0.20 took me ANYWHERE in the small town we were in.  Excellent way to travel ~

Yeah didn't you see the TopGear episode. The motorvehicle came dead last.

Q. Why do you use motorbikes?
A. We use them because they are the quickest way through traffic (they can halve the normal journey time to the airport for instance) and because they are not subject to the same delays as every other form of transport â€" be it traffic, road-works, tube strikes, leaves on the line, baggage handlers at Heathrow or traffic wardens.

I don't believe this answer, make them seem like they float above the city. [roll]

Filtering (lane splitting) is legal there.
