Title: Poker Run Post by: MendoDave on May 15, 2008, 10:41:52 AM There is going to be a poker run put on by the Fort Bragg Lions club (Which I have no interest in) I have never been on a poker run and I bet most of you haven't either. But if you have please share your experience here because I have only a vauge IZ_ Idea that this is something bikers used to do in the 70's. So I'm going to check it out.
It happens July 26th & the start time is between 9Am & 11Am. I suppose its some sort of staged start. Oh it costs $30 clams but comes with BBQ dinner and some sort of prizes for 1st 2nd & 3rd. What else...? there is a Phone number to call for RSVP & Questions. 707 964-8047 And we probably need an event calender for stuff like we used to in the other world.. You build the best hand you got with the cards you get and see what happens by the time you hit the last check-in and they do the prizes. That's pretty much how every one I have been to is done.
