What's weird: I like the Honda Fit even though cars are on the lower evolutionary scale of wheeled motorized vehicles  ;D

I was surprised that the braking distances were about the same.

Even with the extra weight, a car still has more brake surface and tyre contact patch per pound than a bike does, not to mention ABS, which makes the braking distance about the same.

That was a pretty good read, and an interesting concept for a comparison!

I've always enjoyed my monster, but some times I like to take my VW out for a thrashing on the backroads too  8)
