Title: S2R 24k mile service - what gets changed?
Post by: skurvy on April 08, 2009, 08:16:02 PM
I thought I saw a chart on this once but I can't seem to find it.

2006 S2R, what gets changed at the 24,000 mile service? AND would you do it if you were only at 22,000 miles? I have a free scheduled maintenance and it's a use it or lose it deal. It will expire before I can put another 2,000 miles on the bike.

Belts and valves, possibly clutch. No FHI

But it is 12k x 2 so belts should be changed if they haven't been changed in the last 2 years

The ducati suite breakdown is very good.. I would do it now. Dont wait for the 24k.
