First order of business, new home made, custom, carbon fiber gas tank. Our story begins with me sanding and shaving a 20x28x10" block of Styrofoam to the width of the frame. This took six hours :P My hot wire and knife are on order, but I wasn't waiting. The results of today's efforts. You do not want this dust in your eves or lungs, the following pictures show the fine powder put off.
