I've built a couple of them over the years.  Lots of fun to do!  Trick is getting the base angle(s) right for the large footprint on the ground itself.  Each bike has a different suspension height/angle and thus each is different.

I did the first one for Bill/TurboMonster who does the DucCutters site.  Recently he went out and put together a "do it yourself" kit (above) for those who have access to a welder and someone who can do fabrication work.  Last I heard he was putting one on his HyperKromo Ducati via a local welder.  For the cost he charges for the kit itself -- definitely a good alternative for those who can weld.

We though are putting together as part of our upcoming line of new kickstands (in various lengths) a second variation of stylized (adjustable base angle) kickstands so we can do the DucFoot (and other iterations) again that anyone can easily install and the foot will be flat on the ground.

I built my own, but am too uninteligent to be able to post a pic. I had a guy a work weld it, got it home and the angle was way off. had to re-do. now much better. Use angle finder to get proper angle.

I tried this. I found it difficult to work with

All ones I made, I made on my own mill and TIG'd/finished myself.  As mentioned above, the trick is getting the base to lay flat on the ground when finished.  After I did GotDuc's, I ended up making a custom adjustable jig that I sent to folks who order one.  They swap for their kickstand to get the exact setup they want for their suspension height, etc.  Then tighten the adjusters and takeoff / route back to myself.  Thus I nail the adjustment each time then when doing them as I have a measured jig to work from.  Made life easier!

Below is where Bill/DucCutter outsourced the one he is selling as a "do-it-yourself kit". (although they used the picture of the finished item that was done at my shop for some reason?)  Recently he had them listed on eBay trying to sell -- I think they were cheaper than on his website.

I always thought it was one of the coolest mods but I didn't want to copy so I made something a bit different...

Pretty cool!  Somewhere I need to find the pictures of the DragonClaw and RatFink kickstands I did for Ducati's.

I also use to carve TOB's logo into the base of the foot.  Thus it left little TOB logo's wherever they were parked.  One day I think I will need to change them all to the DMF logo instead...

You can count me in for one of the longer ones so the bike doesn't lean over so much when you raise the back.
