my ducati performance pipes and a carbed m750 help keep us #1

we're #1 we're #1

But officials now say they need state and federal help to control the heavy-duty trucks that pass through on Interstate 5 and Highway 99, and cut east to west hauling produce from farms to packaging facilities
It's not about cleaning the air.... it's about generating money (ask me how I know >:( )

even if everybody in town rode bikes and drove electric cars and trucks.... the air would be shitty here. all the crap from up north and even shit from the west and south finds it's way over the hills.... then gets trapped when it all mixes in the valley.

One of the major reasons i moved actually.
i was starting to feel like i was sick all the time.
and the only thing shittier than fresno is bako.
(sorry bp...its true)

<deep breath>
ah.
current conditions
Primary Pollutant-none
Air Quality- Good
Health Message: No health impacts are expected in this range.

in fresberg on my drive to work there was one of those allergy places with a sign out front with the air quality displayed.
seemed like there were two settings- UNHEALTHY and MODERATE
I NEVER saw good.

apples and oranges.

people tried to warn me about the horrible Inversion problem.
'Its overcast and grey and you dont see the sun for like 2 weeks straight'

really? we had that in the San Joaquin Valley.
We called it 'Winter' and it lasted 4 months.

plus there is a cure avail for the Inversion now...
drink a couple of these and you wont care-

when i would go to socal for a fire, i couldnt wait to get up into the hills where the fire was.
even with the thick, choking smoke, and the incredible hot air.............it was easier to breath.
whenever we got stuck in san bernardino, i felt like the air was going to make me puke.

True. I don't know if the Boise inversions are all that unhealthy...at least compared to central Cali...they just stink.  :P Especially as you get closer to Nampa.

Anyway, I was just giving you a hard time.  [beer]
