Close, Newtown's a bit too yuppied up to have deserted industrial backstreets these days - this was about 3 blocks out of the southern end of Newtown in Marrickville.

I like these rules:
Remote Control : is not allowed due to it working one year.

Gyroscopic control : is allowed due to it never having worked yet.
