Just want to let you know what a pleasant experience I had with Quat D and one of its employee, Manuel De Liso, from Italy. I have a set of Quat D Ti high mount for my M620. The cans are in fine shape but the stickers have been scuffed up pretty good from riding. The edges of the stickers are coming off, etc.
I tried emailing all the distributors in the US that carries Quat D, hoping to find some replacement stickers. Tried eBay, too. None of them have anything. I am sure some of you would suggest other places so I can say that I had not tried EVERY site/stores out there. After awhile, I got all worked up.
In the end, I thought the heck with it, I will just email Quat D directly. Maybe they can point me to a dealer or distributor in the US. The email got forwarded to Manuel. After a few emails back and forth and a couple of weeks, 2 sets of stickers (in new logo) arrived at my door. I was surprised that there is nothing else inside... Not even a bill. I will have to get back to Manuel on that. But that's beside the point. I am more surprised that Quat D would go out of their way to answer an email from a guy all the way around the world, type up a letter for the evelop and mail out some stickers.
Just want to let you know how appreciative I am, even though this is only a small gesture from Quat D. But if this is any indication on their customer services, I can assume that there are many more satisfied customer out there. [thumbsup]
