I turn to teh right at full lock and the bike revs to like 6000 rpm without me touching the throttle, wtf did i do? [bang] [bang]
I don't know what you did, but you probably need to reroute?
When I did my clip ons mod - the throttle body was rotated so the throttle wire is on top. You might/might not need to do the same.

is it hard to re route?
seems tight...
First you would have to find out where and if the wire is obstructed/stretched - should be easy by looking at where it is stretched on full right lock.
Then unhook the throttle wire either up on the throttle assembly, or under from the lower end of the wire.
Even as a total mechanical noob I'd say it's easy [thumbsup]
Make sure it's not you fast idle lever on the left side that is the culprit. I have a stock front end and if I'm warming up the bike and turn the bars full lock the revs jump. But I can't remember if it does that when I turn left or right.

+1
I forgot, mine does that too - although only by less than a thousand revs and only if it's in use. (right lock)
thank you guys I will check it out this evening and report back
cheers [beer]
