Title: need help about mulltisrada 620 parts to a monster 620

Hey does anyone know if a ecu off a  2006 mulltisrada 620 will work on a 2003 monster 620  :o

the ECUs are coded to their keys (for the immobilizer function) so chances are an ECU swap won't be plug n'play

That being said the ECU should be the same as your monster, so if you get the ECU, gauges, and key, etc. from the Multi, you should be able to make it work. You probably don't want Multi gauges on your monster though.

I have heard of people swapping the imobilizer portion from one gauge set to another before though.

I thought there was someone on this board who could reflash the immobilizer ECU to "unmate" the gauges?  no?
