That's ridiculous.
What kind of prudish squares comprimise the Reading Design and Review Board?
I guess a Hooter's is out of the question...
Most of the mannequins I've hooked up with uh seen have not had such full busts.
I wonder where one might order dammit, I mean see one like this.
Ohioans... contributing to the down fall of America... one "sleeveless gray T-shirt" at a time.
BBQ burka?
IT'S A DOLL! [roll]
It was wearing a bikini top!!
If you're going to cry about something..why not cry about something that actually helps your piss-poor f*cking state!! >:(

Back in the '60s perky nipped manikins appeared in the windows of Bloomingdales in Manhattan. Until people got used to the perky nips traffic there was much worse than normal. In this day and age there is still the occasional town that gets upset over the scantily manikins in the local Victoria's Secret window. People are just wierd.
Prolly a bunch of 40 year old virgins. [roll]
Being an Ohioan, I'm telling you that you have no idea of how ridiculous a lot of the people in this state are. Religious fanantics, horrible white trash, and plenty of others that makes it a treat when going to public places. [thumbsup]
I find this interesting. Usually states like Arkansas gets stuff heaped on 'em for being rednecks, or the fanatics are in Georgia (really, any Southern state), but here's just more evidence that every state in America has its fair share of socially handicapped individuals.
He ought to leave it topless, afterall, there are no actual nips on mannequins, and that's usually what is required to be covered by state law.
First of all.........
I am a Hoosier.
I just live in Ohio.
What you guys have to understand is that Southwestern Ohio is VERY VERY religiously conservative. Doesn't surprise me at all.
A year or so back, they instituted a 3ft "space" between patrons and strippers at Adult Clubs. Also, they have to close at midnight now.
make the beast with two backsing ohio
oh yeah.......Herm.........you suck! ;D
They did that in Nashville awhile back. Horrible rule. Intended to kill those businesses.

There's a similar law in Seattle...weird. Also, no alcohol at strip clubs. BUT, they just passed a law stating that art galleries can give away alcohol to patrons
for free. Sounds like discrimination based on one's entertainment choice to me. I'm guessing we'll see an "art gallery" featuring nude models soon! [laugh]

Ohio has a similar weird strip club law that I didn't mention.
If the club is full nude it is "private" and you need a membership. So the first time you go, I think it is 25$ and you get logged in their system. Then when you come back, you only have to pay like 10 or 15$.
The best part........
They can't sell alcohol.
but
It is BYOB!!!!!!!!!!
You apparently walk in and buy some ice and a bin, throw your beer in it and giddy up.

I read about a 'venue' that started selling furniture also to get around the rule, well, I don't know how many pieces they sold, but you get the idea
A lot of the places back in TN had a bottle fee, they couldn't serve booze, but you could bring your own and get mixers, etc there. They did sell beer. (TN has a bizarre and antiquated 6% law that makes 'shopping' for a party / event more difficult than need be. Alcohol over 6% [high alc beer, all wine and hard liquor] must be in liquor store, and nothing below 6% [regular beer] may be sold in liquor stores. Things under 6% may be sold in gas stations and grocery stores. booze at exactly 6% is apparently a gray area, and you can't find anything at that level hardly. Example: Bud Ice (the auto mechanics booze of choice) is exactly 5.9% and this is no coincidence. Now of course, go to a restaurant or bar, and order anything you damn well please!)
This is in Cincinnati- remember the People vs. Larry Flint? [roll]
The best thing is Jerry Springer actually used to be the mayor of Cincinnati until he had to resign because he was using taxpayer money on hookers or something.
