The dick and the pot will not be attending. The kettle will be. You planning on forgetting about the meet-up yet again because you're too engrossed with your Jazzercise class and with Enrique the tennis pro? [cheeky]

I
wish I had Enrique the tennis pro...instead I have a middle-aged ex-Marine gay spinning instructor.
I didn't go last month because I was getting my face cut up by my dentist . I look like a fat-faced vampire on LSD because of the drugs and the bleeding and swelling. Although that would have probably gotten me the phone numbers of a few emo kids at the 'Geist, I decided to follow doctor's orders and stay home.

Pffft.
Hair-modeling, dental work - the things that pass for excuses these days are just pathetic. [cheeky]
I am most probably in.
I'll be at the 'Geist [drink], while DQ "roughs it" at Miller. :P

You're married with a kid. Everytime you get woken up at 3 am you probably hear beer talkin' to you.
Good seeing you all at our night of woes. Fek what a shit week we've all had. Here's to only better from here on out [drink]
It is Friday tomorrow. At least that.
That was a good 'Geist night. I like it when it's cold out.
And Tigre HAS to tell what happened to him upon leaving... He's got a boyfriend. And a date for next month with a Z bouncer. [laugh]
AZ got a bad rap last night. One it may deserve. However, I thought I'd throw out there, the nature in that area, as well as the sky is rather unique and awesome in every way.
I hate sprawl as well for that reason.

Ask him what kinda gear he's wearing on his next ride--specifically his jacket. [laugh]
Tigre,
What jacket are you wearing on your next ride?

Do we have to wait for he-who-does-not-post to here the story? You can tell it. Come onnnnnnn . . .
A group of us is leaving 'Geist and we walk past one of the regular bouncer lookin' guys. He first comes up to me and asks in a dopey tone, "What's that thing spinning on the side of your bike?" I thought he was messin' with me because I'm walking out of a motorcycle bar and he chooses the gal to ask out of all the people leaving. So I get a little smart-assy and finally it comes out that he's serious about the question. The group of us laughs and makes some friendly conversation when the bouncer guy, John (I think), then asks "Who's the dude with the gay tiger bike?" His words, not mine. So we're all laughing and we think he's gonna start razzing Steve. Nope. Once again, the guy is totally serious and tells Steve to wait because he's seen him before and he wants Steve to see something. We hang out for several minutes and John returns wearing a fairly garish, hand-painted and studded cruiser lookin' leather jacket. He turns around and there's a 2'-0" high Tigger painted on the back! [laugh] The lining is tiger striped, there's tiger IZ_ stuff on one of the lapels--obviously the dude is on the same frequency as Steve with the tiger stuff. He's got a tattoo of Tigger on his shoulder. We hear several stories about how he used to pull the ladies with this jacket and he wants Steve to borrow it. Steve appears a little reluctant but eventually tries it on. John insists Steve borrow the jacket until next month, so Steve wears it home. It's there now as far as I know. And Steve now has a date with this guy, John, to return the jacket at our next meet up.
I can't make this stuff up. [cheeky]
o m g [laugh] I'll have another [drink]

It was a priceless moment and none of us thought to whip out a camera phone! The bouncer's name is Joe and he's quite generous; he gave me a Zeitgeist shirt about a year ago.

Some are better than others...this was a pretty good one. [laugh] The encounter with the bouncer gentleman topped it off. [thumbsup] You guys are always welcome to our neck of the woods. The more you come, the more likely it is that something "interesting" will happen.

I strongly recommend that you take advantage of the MOB-Oz Monsters cultural exchange program [thumbsup]
Of course, we use the term cultural loosely.
It's more in the biological sense.

I had no idea that guy actually worked at Zeitgeist. I just thought he was some drifter off his meds.
But he did seem pretty taken with Steve and the whole tiger thing.
Another funny part was when his friend came by and planted a big wet kiss on the guy.
We should sell tix for next month. ;)
