I'm referring to the curved extended brackets that hold up the fork tubes.
It seemed that other mid-to-low priced front stands didn't give me as much confidence when compared to the triple-tree front stands. I have had plenty of experiences using the other types that do not have pivoting bumpers and I have inevitably always had the stand slip out behind the front wheel and drop the front of the bike down at least once every time (rearstands are awesome, never dropped a bike this way)
The CC stand had no slippage and works really well, especially for 47 bucks shipped :o Title: Re: Anyone need a $20 CC front stand?
