The hill country twisties are 15 minutes away. Of course it doesn't compare to your twisties but they are pretty good. Texas is less ghey than California. ;D

I thought bout movin to the left coast once, but y'all weird me out with your mohawks and free love and all that. And our cost of living is nothing compared you yours. I pay $54 bucks to renew registration on my each of my cars every year and state inspections are $14.50. Beat that. ;D

Beat what? The hail, the tornado season, the crap food, or the straight roads? (My in laws live in Fort Worth, I know the truth). :)
All "CA sucks" threads lead to the same place...you at your computer hating "hippie" CA and me taking the 3 minute drive to the beach to run my dog in the sand and watch another gorgeous sunset or get in a late evening surf.
Everyone west of the Mississippi....
is misguided. ;D
im lost

I'm a long way from Ft Worth. I'm 15 minutes from the beautiful Texas hill country. Haven't had a tornado here in who knows how long and we may get some pea sized hail every once in awhile. I really hope your not taking my Cali bashing seriously. I've been there many times and aside from the air quality its a nice place.

you forgot to mention the ridiculous state government, out of control propositions, and smog that tastes like ass ;)
and if its so great, why do so many people move from CA?
The entire state is not covered with smog. [roll]

They don't move. We throw the riff-raff out.

All State governments are ridiculous. Our of control propositions? A: political discussion and not allowed. B: Doesn't concern you anyway.
Smog? I live by the ocean. Rarely see/notice smog. I work in LA County. Still rather rare that I notice an issue. Not since I was a kid (pre smog checks on cars and CARB) has smog been a real problem. Keep on hating. It will keep you warm while you shovel the snow out of your driveway and dream of "riding season". :)
