Title: BST Wheel Upgrade Completed With Photos
Post by: Perilo on May 30, 2009, 08:28:04 PM
Thanks to all who shared their experience and advice to help me through this upgrade. All I can say is it really is a game changer...much much lighter feeling bike with better pick up...and they look great as well (just my bias opinion anyway  [thumbsup])

What you do with your stock wheels ?
Always wanted to swap out the rear on my S2R1K with the split spoker from a S4R..

You got a listing of all your mods?  I'm digging the windscreen.  Wonder if that'll fit on a 696...

I never listed all the mods at one time, but I can tell you the windscreen is the DP racing fairing.

Verrrrrrrrrrrry nice! Slight thread-jack: did you paint your headers or have them coated? How are they holding up?

Enjoy the riding!

i'm so jealous.

i'd like bst's but they cost more than my bike did. And carbon wheels are not street legal here so i'd have to change them  each time for the annual inspections.

i dont usally like r's ut yours is nice

According to the site, it doesn't fit on a 696.  Plus that's just the fairing, thought it'd be the whole windscreen.  Thanks.
