I'm trying to figure out how to use the tables feature. If someone wants to explain, go for it. Otherwise, I'll just be playing around in this thread and hten I'll delete it when I'm done.

I think MsIncredible/Somegirl figured it out once...maybe pm her?
Thanks. I think I've got the basics down (see below), but gawd, what a PITA. It'd be better if you could just cut n' paste an excel spreadsheet. I'm trying to write up some FAQs and it sucks w/o a real table.

Ah. Well, I found the post where she used a table: http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=14827.msg257047#msg257047 (http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=14827.msg257047#msg257047)
try this (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/guides-and-tutorials/411-creating-tables-in-a-post.0.html)
Test | Column 1 | Column 2 |
Test 1 | abcdefg | 12345 |
Test 2 | hijklmnop | 67890 |
Test 3 | qrstuvwxyz | 12345 |

Yep, it's not the easiest thing in the world but it works.

I think I took my Excel spreadsheet, saved as a tab-delimited text file, opened it in notepad and then did a bunch of Find-Replace to get it into a usable format for a post.
