why?
If you ever watched one of 'em play with the code for this forum, ride a motorcycle, paint a motorcycle, or sail, "floundering" would come to mind for you, too. ;)
Actually they just felt "founder" was too formal.
They're still a buncha hacks though.
OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH
Um, yeah...
We did feel 'Founder' was too formal for this place and I think 'Flounder' is a referrence to some movie or sumptin'.

Statler don't do floundering. well...not while sailing. My track riding resembles that remark.

A hobie cat pic and now sailboat video... weather must be beautiful over there! [thumbsup]
Much like riding, we can sail all year around out here too. I called my mother after a beautiful day of sailing back in December to rub it in that I was out on the water and there was snow in NJ... She then proceeded to tell me how she used to do "frostbite" races in the winter (Chicago winters) on her 420 when she was younger.
Is that a tri in the vid? That thing must fly...

Hey that there looks like one of them Corsairs or something. F-28?
Ever seen the under side of a flounder? yeah.. fish belly white - now go look at a photo of Statler...
I keed...
But it is true
If you're a halfway decent rider, you've got a bit of flounder in you, (you've gotta have one eye in the back of your head)
