from all the tickets ive gotten from a cop(not while parked), not one of them has shown up online within that time frame. (they usually show up 30 days after the ticket has been issued. WTF Is the point of E-plead if you cant even use it within that time frame?
Also, whats with this ridiculous statement?

Ticket was printed on 4/08 (on the bottom corner). What the make the beast with two backs is this even suppose to mean? It's as if they did this purposefully to make it difficult for you.
Ontop of which, the officer gave a ticket for expired insurance. No idea why cause the insurance isn't even expired. thing reads 09, not 08.
Also this ticket is so retarded that it doesnt even have a fine stated on it. You have to do the math yourself. And for SOME reason, the fine for "MOST OTHER VIOLATIONS" is $40+$60. Which is what this ticket falls under.

Two tickets, one for "NOT OBSERVING PAVEMENT SIGNS" (right turn only, but this is a major road that has extreme traffic since it connects to the manhattan bridge, and forces 3 lanes into 1)and the other for insurance. Heres the HILARIOUS PART, I was The first, a white guy was the 2nd, and a puerto rican guy was the 3rd. All get stoppd at once. Guess who gets to drive away?

One of my Asian buddies got a ticket from an Asian cop for an equipment thing (a fix-it ticket) and was jokingly attempting to play the race card and calling it an Asian on Asian crime. He's a good guy.
