Bridgestone to provide asymmetric rears at Montmeló

Interesting concept, wonder how they'll hold up.

Cliff notes: Lots of left turns at Catalunya, not so many rights. Harder compound on the left, softer on the right. Geometry still round. Girls with funny looking asses not being provided by Bridgestone.

are they physically asymmetric (different right-side/left-side profile), or are they just dual compound?

if it's the latter, it doesn't sounds like it's anything different than what's been done at daytona for ages.

Just different compounds, but I thought they used to provide these anyway.  The mono-tyre rule took them away for the early part of the season, but Rossi and others griped and I figured this was Bridgestone/Dorna giving into the gripes.
