DC is looking for two experts to be the faces of a new competition program called "Garage Wars" -- 10 episode series.

"Looking for men and women of any ethnicity that have have serious car knowledge/experience and know their way around a garage.
"Looking for candidates that are vibrant, engaging, opinionated and informed. Must have a point of view with the background and/or credentials to back it up. Should have the ability to bring first-hand experiences from the auto space.
"Desired background or skills: auto restoration, design, building, customizing, fabrication, former nascar driver, auto shop teacher, mechanical engineer, motorcycle shop owner, automotive writer/critic etc.
(note: I'd apply -- but already overbooked in terms of my work schedule and possibly DC Duc-isode feature upcoming)

OK, so I emailed the web guys about the issues we brought up. The vote count is on a slight delay, but he insists that all votes are counted. Alos, they are contancting the people who authorize the email addresses to include .mil accounts as valid accounts.
