I just put on my Rizoma bars on my 620 and they look great, but how much should i torque the bolts that hold the bars in place and should i apply a loc tight ?

As per the workshop manual, you need to tighten to 20 Nm which is about 14.751242946 pound/feet. The shop manual also says to use anti-seize, NOT loc-tite.
