pic at the very bottom is new. forgot to load the shot of the Ducati bus meter. I didnt think they made other machines anymore. the bus wasn't pre-WWII.??? Still working on venice and switzerland shots; more than halfway, post more soon.

It's the old Societa Radio Brevetti Ducati logo. Prior to WWII, the Ducati family had gotten their start in radios and electronics. They got into motorbikes post-war, when Italy needed cheap transportation. The Cucciolo line came out, starting as a small engine retrofitted to a bicycle, which resulted in a line of motorized bicycles under that name. As motorized things are wont to do, they grew... ;D
