Don't worry about your English, just imagine if we had to speak your language.  Hope you get the part.

That is a horrible excuse.  Are they going to send them? (should be for free!)

Yeah, I don't get that excuse either...unless they accompany each delivery.   ;D

Yikes, that IS ridiculous. I had no such probs with them (but I'm in the US) and the products are great. They didn't even correspond with you at all? Did they take your $ and do nothing or just do nothing?

Welcome.

Where in Cro are you. My Girlfriend is from there. She has a house in Zaton. I love it there and can`t wait to go back next summer.

I purchased a pair of Cox oil cooler guards from Andrew Cox for myself and a friend and had no problem with the delivery and that was to jolly olde England. The quality, fit and finish are first class so good luck with your purchase and welcome to the forum [thumbsup]

Same here.  Very good products and costumer service.  I'm sure they screwed the pooch this time but by accident.  Give em a chance [thumbsup]

It's an accident that they didn't ship it because it was farther than they had shipped before? Or was it an accident that 3 months went by before he found out from a friend that they didn't ship for the above reason?

I dont know them, but being in business.... You cant imagine how many overseas FAKE orders, bogus money orders, bad credit cards, etc you get!!

Most of the time you get the order, and then dont hear a word back ever again..

Just an FYI

But this absolutely does not apply to Marcos' case since he paid with a good American Express card and they took his money and did not ship the product.

Ive had a guy pay me with a card, and the card owner didnt figure it out for 2 months... I shipped a set of Kawi wheels to finland, and got stiffed on the whole deal.

I didnt hear about it for months..

Im not defending them, dont know them, but if you have been hit once for a couple grand, you might just delete the order, expecting it to get charged back as fraud...

I understand what you're saying, but if this business did that (not saying they did) in essence they stole from a customer since they received payment and never shipped a product...

Cox Racing are good people.   Instead of just offering opinion here on a situation I know nothing about, I sent them a note about this thread.   I have no idea if money exchanged hands etc etc etc. but hopefully won't be difficult to sort out either offline or here.

As a 'pay-it-forward' I will personally cover shipping costs for parts that are paid for.
