Title: Brief Duc cameo in new Transformers movie Post by: dbakes13 on June 23, 2009, 11:05:16 PM I went to a midnight screening of the new Transformers movie. Good stuff. Anyways. There are a few sportbike Autobots, one of which was an 848. I won't tell you all which one it was (if you even give a crap) because I don't want to totally spoil the joy of finding the Duc in the movie, but I'm sure that most of you on the forum will spot it much quicker than I did if you're going to see the movie anyhow. Would have been cooler if it were a Monster, of course (of Corse) but pretty boss all the same.

Consensus: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a noisy, underplotted, and overlong special effects extravaganza that lacks a human touch.

The one on MSN is BRUTAL! I keep reading that they didn't know it was possible to make a movie worse than the first Transformers...I thought the first one was good too!! I guess it's a good thing I've learned not to listen to critics and just go myself. Do the same, I haven't heard any NORMAL* people say a single bad thing about it. *Normal being anyone who is not a critic. It was a great action flick. Next thing you know the critics will start giving their ramblings about kids cartoons, and saying it doesn't have a plot, horrible , blah, blah blah. We did in fact did the bikes, there was a 848, a Bking, and another brand. We also supplied all the choppers used in the "Mikes Custom Cycles" scene, except one. We will actually be doing a pulic unveiling of the bikes this sunday, but if you are a bike guy, its not such a big deal. The 848 will be displayed on Ducati Island in the mueseo during MotoGP The movie itself... Pretty wild, just as Bay said it would be. If you are into action flicks, you have never seen anything even close to it, as nothling like this has ever been done before. If you go expecting to see "La Strada" you are an idiot, and need to be shot. Its an action movie. I tend to ignore critics, and look more at box office to determine how good the movie is, as public opinion rules. This movie should do a BILLION at the box office... megan fox is ridign the aprilia. i saw the movie, it was what it was supposed to be.. a transformers movie made by m bay.. meaning lots of expolosions fight scenes and usually not much else, meaning if you go for that. then it delivers perfectly.. if you are looking for an oscar winning movie, you are going to the wrong movie. heck the movie practically broke the 5 day record for movies, didn't beat out dark knight all time but it was close enough every dime from this point on is profit.. you tell me, is that a good business decision by the movie theatres or what? i think they can maybe squeeze one more movie out before the franchise is officially "jumped the shark".. i see a transformers 3 in 2 years if i had to guess. However, I was at the Arclight Cinema in Hollywood this weekend and they had the Bumblebee Camaro and the Sideswipe Corvette sitting in front of the doors. The Corvetter was indeed very awsome. Too bad Obama/GM wants to make electric riding lawnmowers and call them cars because I doubt they will NEVER actually make a production version of the "Sideswipe" Corvette.
