Title: Exhaust change ?????? Post by: sbui on June 24, 2009, 04:41:33 AM I got a 97 M750 and was wanting to cut the exhaust and make it like the MotoGP style exhaust. Will I have to do anything to my engine after it's done. Basically cut it down, and have pipes only.

You should be fine honestly, may want to richen the mixture a little bit to get best performance out of it, but especially if you haven't cut the airbox, you can run your 750 without pipes on it at all and be fine.

I put on slips ons (my bikes injected) and was amazed how far I had to ramp up the mapping. Some bikes the owners claim they dont need any adjustments with a full system. The only way is to try it out, see how it feels.
