Title: A lil hidden Seattle coolness
Post by: Grampa on June 25, 2009, 10:07:55 AM
While on vacation in Seattle I met lm's friends neighbor.

He has cool stuff in his garage ;D

I was sitting in lms friend Lori's front yard when all of the sudden Lori says.... I think my neighbor Greg has a Ducati. The next day while he's out cutting his grass, Lori walks over and asks him to come over an meet me when he done. Turns out he ran a dealership up there for some time. He has a big love of the older ss bikes and has a garage full of real nice ss parts.

I would have taken more pics of all the cool stuff, but I started to feel like a 12yo girl backstage at a Jonas Bothers concert

Very cool guy with a boatload of stories

Holy crap.  You're giving me flashbacks of my garage a few weeks ago.

1996 900SS/SP, check

1995 900SS/SP Frame, check

900 motor sitting around, check

Parts all over the place, check.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is that afflicted...   [cheeky]

Hey Bob, Greg was my old boss when I first started with the Ducati brand back in 1992.  Great guy and really loves the 90's generation SS series.  He has fully restored more than one of them over the past few years.  He will have another for sale soon.

Hey Dave..... who is the guy that works for you with all the tats?  The wife and I were in the store last week and the guy that helped me was super nice [thumbsup]

I would have loved to say I bought the streetfighter you had out front, but all I got was a sweatshirt [cheeky]
