This guy had been attacking women in my hood over the last year. His last potential victim right here where we live.
This week he messed with a marathoner who chased him down and got him arrested.
This morning I'm reading the paper wondering why they just don't kiil a bastard like this on the spot when he had tried to take the woman at knifepoint.
right after reading the paper I turn on the TV and lo and behold they break in with this great news.

sexual assault. is that Californian for rape? Rape along side with anything involving a child is probably the worst offense anyone can commit. Even he knew how wrong it was and he knew how a rapist is viewed. Suicide is too easy of a way for people to get away from a crime. Capitol Punishment only works on those who feel sorrow for their crimes. I would of much perfered him sit in line and knew his time was coming and he had to sit and think about his crimes.
However, I'm glad they got that son of a pregnant dog of the streets.
Sexual Assult could have meant that he groped them or attempted to rape them but not been successful...
In some states Anal Sex is sexual assault and not sodomy. Varies from state to state, I've even heard of Rape being considered as Sexual Assault.

what the kids should do is renounce their father, admit that we was a dirtbag, yeah it would suck but again you can blame "dad" for doing that, if he was a decent father he would not do such acts bc they would get back to his children. that is not a father that cares about his kids or family.

i agree with the otehr poster that said the term "sexual assault" can be very different things.. as such the artilce did say that he did demand money before doing this, which sounds like he was robbing people. so again he is a criminal.
tell me this, if someone comes up to your daughter asks for money then proceeds to either attack/seriously molest or rape her when she says no or yes, i think you would be saying that its good this guy off himself.
hey at least the state didn't have to pay for the trial or incarceration and the family or the people he attacked didn't take illegal vigilante action against him. he did it to himself.
When they arrest those people they ought to be sure to give them a sturdy piece of rope when they put them in their cell.
