I had a 72 Toaster, blue just like that with the short swing arm and later a 1974 R90S that I hot rodded and punched out and modded in every way good ole Reg Pridmore told me.  Love those bikes.  Wonderful motorcycles! [thumbsup]

It's amazing how fast you can bend one of those things around a corner.  I learned to ride chasing Ducati's on the old /5 and outran em ALL on the /6.

Dude....you're not helping. lol thats one of hte bieks i wanna get. im willing to drop 1 grand on a decently make the beast with two backsed up one that runs. lol im thinking about a 60/5/6 or a 75/5/6. I got about $1500 bucks on me right now. If i cant find anything, then im probably going to get a compressor like i had planned and pick up that ContourHD helmet cam. :(

those bmw airheads are about the sweetest bikes on the planet.

was never a fan of the toaster tanks tho. and good luck finding a /6 for 1k!!

those things prices are moving up, not down. post pics!
