how come I dont see them in motogp? or hey do use them but they just paint them?

i did a google and couldnt find anything.

Because Marchesini doesn't make them and they have a virtual monopoly? (Just a guess.)

From what I've heard they are not terribly durable and have to be replaced if they sustain any chips etc from rocks or whatever.
