Title: Towing a bike with a bike. Post by: Latinbalar on July 21, 2009, 09:03:30 AM Soo I got bored one day and started thinking if a bigger bike like a goldwing or even a Can_Am Spyder be used to tow a monster on a trailer. I have seen some of our leather clad friends with luggage trailers but what about a utility trailer? It would need some changes like the gear ratios and some suspension adjustments. Dunno am i crazy or is this something no one has considered seriously?
There's not a need for this i am just curious. Please discuss. Title: Re: Towing a bike with a bike. Post by: NAKID on July 21, 2009, 09:08:22 AM My personal opinion, probably not a good idea...

Obviously, those have been modified. Personally I'd say it's a bad plan, but certainly doable, assuming oyu have nothing better to do with your time and money.

Post by: TobyDanger on July 22, 2009, 11:30:19 PM I wish I had a pic, but a few years ago when a friend of mine was racing at WMRRA, there was another racer who had a street bike with a, well, sidecar trailer that he carried a vintage 160 racer if I remember right, which I probably don't. But it was odd to see this other bike ghostriding right along side his when he rode in.
