What do you guys think? Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: teddy037.2 on July 21, 2009, 05:51:07 PM I'd hope that it included hardware...
also, it may not be drilled for mounting points, but the fit is generally universal Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: DoWorkSon on July 21, 2009, 05:54:15 PM Probably.... It does not have any holes pre-drilled... You should be able to cut it to fit, drill holes to mount and install....
It will take some work and time, but you could make it work... From my short experience with the monster, you can make anything work with some time, creativity, and the right tools This actually looks like a decent one to try on the 696 Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: jasonyang9 on July 22, 2009, 04:52:39 AM Hm, wonder if the work is worth it vs the $400 for the MotoWheels one. MotoWheels shows out of stock any way. Are these the same? It's really hard to tell...

but they appear to be the same style of pan Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: jasonyang9 on July 22, 2009, 12:28:17 PM the one on ebay may be fiberglass, not CF but they appear to be the same style of pan Would you order from the guy though? Doesn't speak any English when I asked him questions. Not sure how I'd relay address and payment info and trust to get it... MotoWheels has a non carbon fiber one here for $200, which is significantly less than the $400 carbon fiber one but I'd have to get it painted which would cost who knows how much too. http://www.motowheels.com/italian/myproducts.cfm?parentcategoryid=757%7CDucati&productID=4588&showDetail=1&categoryID=764|Monster%20%20Bodywork&vendoridtodisplay=0&filterFor=&collection=168%7CEuropean%20Motorcycle%20Parts (http://www.motowheels.com/italian/myproducts.cfm?parentcategoryid=757%7CDucati&productID=4588&showDetail=1&categoryID=764|Monster%20%20Bodywork&vendoridtodisplay=0&filterFor=&collection=168%7CEuropean%20Motorcycle%20Parts) Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: teddy037.2 on July 22, 2009, 12:31:48 PM i'm wary of anything international on ebay... but that's me.
also, i've had nothing but good dealings w/motowheels, AND they are a board sponsor. can't help ya much on paint, though... Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: jasonyang9 on July 23, 2009, 11:37:22 AM Yeah I hear so many good things about motowheels on this board it's such a great recommendation i'll probably just order. Is there a DMF discount? Lol.
Title: Re: Belly Pan for 2007 Ducati Monster 695 Post by: teddy037.2 on July 23, 2009, 12:09:40 PM sort of. you register on their website, and they give you additional discounts on some items
