He went through all that trouble to build that thing and then didnt bother to grind down and smooth out those welds. [bang] But then looking at the rest of the workmanship its pretty obvious the guy who built it had no idea what he was doing.

I've seen some stuff that's been red-necked up in my life, but that has got to be the WORST! That fender "weld" sum'd up the whole thing.
