From what the website says about them (and the link seems to have just died), they are thick prints that adhere to the outside of your garage door by either an adhesive or high strength velcro. Read more here:

But, I have a hard time seeing how this would work with most standard garage doors that have the panels.

Ahhhh......well, who cares, this is still cool.

yeah, I'm not sure how it would work on panel doors. Wouldn't the image just but cut at the panel breaks?

Dont cut it and never open the garage door  :P ... Y wud u want to open it anyways , its already 'open'  ;D

Yeah, but I'm sure it would lose it's "realistic" factor if you cut it. Maybe  not. What do I know.

Might be worth it if you have to live with an HOA just to see if they write you up first for having forbidden decor or for having a 25' crocodile...

Our garage door is an older style that's a single panel that levers up out of the way -- looking at the edges of the first photo and a couple of the others it appears that these covers are designed to work on that kind of single-panel door.
