Title: Speedometer Jumping Around with Passenger on bike.

I have a 2007 695 monster. The Speedo works fine when i ride alone. As soon as my girl gets on the bike its all over the place. I chopped the tail and the wires for the tail light are zip tied under the passenger seat but no exposed connections. Any ideas?

what kind of footgear does she have on? any metal-toed boots?
