Hey everyone,
We are selling the MTT43 tank for the carb'd Monsters and we need a bike for the installation photo shoot. Our preference is to get a clean, mostly stock looking Monster. Mufflers, FCRs, are ok -- trying to avoid ones with LOTS of bling or unobtanium. We have a M900 in the shop that just got a full "pongo build", but everything about the bike is unobtanium.
Thanks,
Chris
Chris,
My Monster is bone stock save for Carbon Arrow Cans and Rizoma mirrors. She is a lovely 2001 M600. Oh, and she is very photogenic.
It's not super clean but you can use my '95 m900 if you'd like. Not sure if you remember it but you've seen it once.
edit: Oh, I recently changed my fuel filter mount and fuel pump. Fuel filter is now a Purolator that zip tied to my shock instead of mounting it where it is stock. :P Pump is an electric jobby.
'99 M750.. Carbon Termis and Suburban machinery bars. thats it as far as not stock stuff. i can post pics if you want... [moto]

Thanks for y'all's help! I think we have a candidate. It's a local bike and very clean.
And honestly, I love philb's Monster but hbliam has a valid point -- marketing wants shiny. :)
hbliam: was in HB today. Wow, there's a bungalow (ie, someone's house) has like half a million in R&D tools... they have a $100k laser scanning arm, a 6 foot CNC mill, cnc lathe, cnc pipe bender. And they did all the accessories for the new V-Max on contract for Yamaha. SWEET. They're helping me with some R&D for future projects I'm brewing... [evil]
;D Chris
