If it's in the same location as the earlier bikes. It won't tell you much, and doesn't necessarily match the VIN. Does this seem like an engine number? 226.31621A I know it doesnt tell much, but its needed when doing a transfer. I gave 'em my vin and they looked it up.

It should be real easy to see on a Monster.
