Oh my goodness.  [evil]
Kooky Canadians.  [thumbsup]

My old Confederate had an 113 ci Merch V-Twin.  About 1850cc.  The previous owner welded a sissy bar to keep him on and when I bought it I left it to keep me on.  I cannot imagine a twin cruiser with that kind of of hp.

				3.5L TWIN?! Holy Crap!

				B E A U tifull [beer]  [beer]

each powerstroke will cause you to loose your bowels

				6" bore?!?!?!

				and a 4" stroke. . .
sounds like a torque monster stump puller

That is crazy...a bit excessive, but cool...probably a few  [drink] in the design process!

I like the quote from that site,
"for discerning customers who want one of the biggest and most powerful V-Twin engines available"
Translation, "for the fich make the beast with two backser with no brains who wants to show off to his friends and kills himself while pulling a wheelie on his 1200 lb. cruiser"

What's a "fich make the beast with two backser"?

id like to be able to wheelie a 1200lb cruiser . . .
;D

Well, there are people who are comfortably well off and then there are rich make the beast with two backsers.  Rich make the beast with two backsers are the pricks who did little to nothing to gain their wealth or stepped on the heads of others to succeed.  They act as though they are gods on earth with little to no respect for anyone they come in contact with and have their noses so far in the air you can see right up them.  I have met a few like this.
Edit:
I am not saying all people who are well off are rich make the beast with two backsers.  I have met lots of people who are very, very well off and are the nicest people I could hope to meet.  I am simply referring to the ones who are not so nice and could afford to buy this motor.

With an "anticipated" price of $40,000.00, and the fact that you still have to build a bike around it with their $3500.00 frame, Kooky Canadians indeed.

Someone should put one of those in a Smart Car! Lol! That shit would wheelie down the block!  [laugh]

				[laugh]
that would be great!

I believe he may have been perhaps teasing about the 'f' in the typo....  fich make the beast with two backser.    ;D

Now that I think of it, 6" is a flat out huge bore.
They must have to run a shit load of timing advance to get the charge to even come close to burning completely.
[evil]
cool
;D

looks like it will have 3 spark plugs per cylinder

i was going to say, that flame front must need an awfully big spark.
maybe they can just put a piezo igniter in there.

They'll still need a lot of advance, I think.
Just not as much as when running one plug [laugh]
Id like to hear one idle and rev.  Should be something.

advance, yes, but probably not like we think of it.
with 3 plugs, you could theoretically have 3 different sparks.  it would have to be pretty close to the other not to have any det but i could see it with that volume.
with a 6" piston, they are using a banana to set squish

				[laugh]
Indeed.
3 plugs and different spark curves. ..  never considered that.
Cool.

Designing the drive train, clutch, frame, and swingarm for 300 ft/lbs of torque must be quite a challenge. But........what a fun project.

				520 chain on the primary...
;D

and the claim of peak power at 6000 rpm... i could not imagine those coffee cans moving that fast (although the over-square design would help)

The current NHRA Prostock HD, runs a 160ci engine and they have run in the 6 80's at close to 190mph. I can't imagine a 215.

When the crank throws a rod I don't want my jewels anywhere near that thing.

you won't need your jewels near it, with that much torque and weight being thrown, that "coffee can" piston is gonna fly
